To lose belly fat it is important to keep your blood sugar stable. Glucose(sugar) spikes cause your body to release a lot of insulin ( insulin spike) and store fat in your belly. Take cinnamon and chromium to help stabilize sugar spikes. Fiber also helps. I will report some other great things to take to stabilize blood sugar as well.
